Bro i will be 45 in 3 weeks and i had my first helping of this about a month ago! Wasn’t expecting to like it but its bomb!

He’s loving his box! Its got a couple fleece blankets inside with a heating pad between them for the cold nights! He is friendly but he ain’t fixed so he ain’t coming in to molest our cat!

A big Orange feral tom cat has been harassing Anu. She is fixed but this tom is crazy. I am going to see if I can trap it, take it to get castrated then turn it loose. Ms. MOG had other plans but...............

It sucks to have allergies besides gluten. I have been cold for over a year now, even in the summer. I complained about it to my Doc so he did all of the bloodwork tests. According to them I am as healthy as a Young Bull in spring WTF. Everything is in the Green yet, I feel like frozen hamburger. Since I got the Continuous Glucose Meter I have kept my BG in a good range. When I get light headed I check my blood pressure and it also is in a good range. It is not just in my head because I really like it when I feel good.

Ms. MOG was running a little late so just a turkey bacon and egg sanny for breakfast, half a banana and a beautiful espresso.

My first blood test said I needed TSH ... desperately...the doc said he could tell by my face I was hypothyroid..but the second test said it had started to move up on it's own...so we agreed to leave it and check again March. I'd prefer to see if I can shift it on my own rather than be on medication for life. ...from what I've read..you get a hard time while the docs try to tailor the dosage in..so if I can avoid it..I will..

I've been eating prawns instead of sweets.....lots of thyroid hormones..

I've got my worst year ever for lack of circulation in my fingers and toes...but we have had an unusually cold December...

I've added B12 and Alpha lipoic acid back in. The ALA opens up the circulation...or my nerve damage will really kick off.....

The only reason I kept off...was so it didn't alter my blood test results..but bollocks.....I'm gonna get frost bite if I don't get them some circulation going....
