welp, i'm doin a bit of googling (yes, i jus wanted to uze "googling" in a sentence  ), and yup, it appearz they've changed it all around now when it comez to seedz :wall: apparently, the old law focused on strictly delta-9 thc, but has now changed to focus on total thc, which includez thca.....needless to say, it'z a buncha fuckin BULLSHIT, but north atlantis seed co bringz up a couple good pointz....

  1. This law is unscientific and will be very challenging to regulate. It’s impossible to predict the THC content of a cannabis seed based upon its parents, especially down to the tenth of a percentile. Genetics do not work that way. There is so much variability at play. For that reason alone, this law is unsustainable, and it forces farmers and home growers to participate in a guessing game where the stakes are federal prosecution.
  1. Historically as a country, we do not ban things based upon what they could become. We regulate them based on what they are. Cannabis seeds do not contain THC; they do not get people high. Furthermore, cannabis is legal in some capacity in the majority of the United States. This law is crippling to business people and medical patients who are only trying to do their jobs and get by as honestly as the next person. The onus is on us, as US citizens, to follow our state and local laws. This law punishes hundreds of millions of people by prohibiting a seed based on the hypothetical scenario in which someone living in a state where cannabis is illegal might take the seed, spend 6 months growing it out in their basement, and then consume it. Where does the harm really lie here?
anyhoo, i thought i was right in my prev post, but hey, i've been wrong before, so....:rolleyes2:  ppp

Hmmmmm….. apparently nobody told Oklahoma about snow shovels. There’s people all around my neighborhood shoveling snow with spade shovels          :pass:
After the terrible weather reports, Walmart was out of snow shovels this afternoon. I had to pay $26 at the hardware store after I broke the one at the house where I'm staying. I shoveled 6" a couple of times, and it's still coming down hard. I was glad to have the old Subaru Outback with AWD. It accelerates quick on hard-pack snow, and blasts through snow piles left by the plows just like a 4x4, but doesn't make you stop any quicker. I slid through a couple of stop signs.

man....did i mention that this is total BULLSHIT-?! :wall: they're tryin to say that seedz will be exempted from the hemp law....in other wordz, made illegal....if the parent plant they came from exceedz total thc concentration of 0.3%....even tho seedz themselvez contain NO thc....AHH! :wall: :wall: man, all i can say is :goodluck: tryin to regulate THAT fuckin law :nonono: ppp

They’ll just confiscate and send you a letter saying you’re welcome to disprove their mistake….similar to the old seizure letters…

I slid through a couple of stop signs.
