Do we know if this site has a backup process for the data or something that’s on a schedule? It seems like 12 noon and 12 midnight everyday the site bogs down the worst!

So is it the forum software with the issues or is it the backup process with the issues? Or is it software issues cuz we shouldn’t notice a difference during the backup process? Just seems weird it isn’t an all the time thing! Need to tell them to schedule said backup for the middle of the night….although would be mid afternoon for other side of the world!

As previously stated i am dumb when it comes to IT but just figured if Xenforo couldn’t recreate it that maybe it was something externally slowing us down! Especially since its at the same time every day but duration isn’t the same each day!

I have repeated this to them a dozen time. Fell on deaf ears. Which is another reason I want to say "fuck you" to these devs and software. They gladly take the money, but they don't want to support their own product. One of the responses was "I haven't taken a vacation in 10 years" in response to us asking for help. We're all a bunch of ungrateful cunts, if you didn't know.
