We have decided on A smoked Italian Sausage Omelet with Hollandaise for breakfast. I cooked the sausage the other night after grilling the lamb chops. The smoke flavor is from the drippings of the Basque style marinade and lamb fat. It is a unique delicate flavor that works well on the sausage. I discovered it quite by accident because I am so thrifty. I often cook several things on the grill because the coals are burning - Ok I am a cheapskate.

i got some random crosses finishing off now and lots of dragon eggs to go at when the times right
