Had another unreal dinner accompanied by 2 bottles of French hard cider and 3 bottles of wine :check: First course was a meat tray full of all things acorn fed iberico ham from Spain. Had some iberico lardo too :drool: Fat heaven! With olives and roasted pablano peppers tossed in a hyssop vinagrette. Second course was risotto made with chicken stock, cream, white vermouth, morel mushrooms, camembert cheese, and the borgatta which was cured mullet row sacks shaved on top. Third course was lamb shoulder steaks coated with olive oil, garlic, salt, and fresh rosemary from the garden, grilled, and a side salad. Little headache but oh so worth it

Oh and there was an ending cheese plate with bosch pears too..
