Wabbit stew for hubby.

Sweet early season onions..leek...butter beans..sage..celery salt..bay leaves..touch of ginger..:Medibles:..the chicken is in to help the stock.
I used to add a bottle of lager too..but the lager is off the menu.

Got some fresh spinach to stir through when it is ready to serve.


But..that is for later on in the week..:grin:..fish chips and mushy peas tonight....

Two nice pieces of cod..tempura batter..made with ginger ale..chips...mushy peas with butter..white pepper and vinegar and homemade tartare sauce... :drool:....I'm Starving...T minus 10 minutes...

Sod it! Got to go and recalibrate my pH meter probe, left it in the pH 4.0 solution overnight.............thinking it was the 7.0! :face:

I've got Two cat piss phenos..one is an ammonia cat piss...and the other is an old tom's cat piss..there is a difference...:grin:..I'm always Happy to smell either..cat piss is damn Good smoke...
