There was a suggestion as to posting genders on the avatars. Then out of no where some smart ass suggested the ladies simply post a topless photo for their avatar and that should take care of the problem knowing boys from girls. It was also suggested you start it. 
I've had so much Work going on the last few days..you are going to have to give me a Hint....coz it ain't ringing any bells..
