Only had that happen with dope seeds back in 2008. Never from herbies... If you got stealth guaranteed shipping I'd kindly write Herbies and tell them your package was empty and can they resend... they went thru los angelus and I did get a letter from customs.I have contacted herbies and am looking for a different way to get seeds shipped.in my state a petition to get recreational cannabis on the 2016 ballot has just been approved so in 2 years it may be legal here, MMJ has been legal for 14 years but the federal government is still looking for ways to harass us.different agencies are exploring loopholes in the federal "hands off" policy.may have to stick to bag seed if I can't find a domestic breeder. or try cloning my current crop.have not had much luck with cloning yet.
 
Cloning is not hard bro they have been doing shoots for centuries. It may take a few but you will get use to it for sure. have you tried canadian seed banks There is VISB they have all different strains maybe coming from Canada you might have a better chance. Attitude seed bank has the cooliest stealth packaging ever i almost threw then out they were so well hidden
