Just been flicking through my last COTC Cash Crop Grow and compared the pics for day 53, pretty much the same grow environment and nutes but the one on the left was defoliated 60-70% from early in veg, the one on the right hasn't been touched. I'm pretty happy now to defoliate my grows and take the extra time on the end of the grow.

Nuteburn I am prescribing an egg and bacon butty with a mug of sweet tea {largest mug you can find} followed by a big joint/vape Plus 1 sofa, 1 duvet and a tv and then do nothing for the rest of the day except have a little snooze here and there as needed.
