We sure could have used his help down in Florida. He could have trumped Adelsons grandstanding easily and would have became a hero to the cause instead of a Johnny Come Lately who let others fight the fight.*
*I admit I don't know if Theils has been active in the fight up to now. He did make a $70,000 donation to Californias losing prop but some of his comments suggest it was a business decision rather than a matter of principle and support. If he was really active beyond covering all the bases with relatively small donations, I gladly retract this statement with an apology to him.
