Gotta say I hope everyone is feeling world wide good vibes today, what I like about afn is it introduced me to people from all over the world,an after all isn't diversity a great thing,I love hearing about peoples different cultures and traditions ,even political stuff I find interesting, even though I am far from political ,I can see the world changing

It will be treated no different than alcohol. I think they will model Colorado and Washington.

It's illegal to still your own hootch. So they probably won't let you fill your backyard with a forest. So that won't change. Same as tobacco. The thing to think about is they want the tax money. So they will go after those sources that aren't generating tax revenue.

There will still be black market weed, which i think will be cheaper than store bought.
Sometimes that good ol homegrown is so much better than store bought I am speaking from experience also, and it is almost always cheaper, just like the local farmers market always has better veggies than the big company stores.

Yes, that make sense, government want tax, and most ppl won't care about the higher price for the government selling ones.
Hmm... :pass:
Tina, It is the same story as in China. Corruption on the inside. You can sit back and watch it play out as it has with anything of value. The governments want their cut in taxes. The Government is made up of people in high position to create the process and they want their cut. They set it up to walk into a windfall when they leave government. The more that process is diluted by giving away profit potential to the masses, the less for them. So the process creates the cartel with limited, selective entry. We become mere consumers to enrich the cartel. And the beat goes on.

Trudeau can change that by dumping the corporate/cartel model for one that includes cottage industry, not just as another supply source for the cartel but as a direct source to the public just like any other farmers stand we see in the countryside.

One key is nipping the No Grow laws in the bud.I think we are making a mistake letting them legislate no grow without the fight of the century to stop them. No matter the country. The hardest right to get back is one legislated away.

My air conditioner broke down the other day and I was worried Oregon has been way warmer than usual and I live in a van parked in direct sun,so I rigged this regular house fan to my hps and got temps lower than 82degrees ,later I fixed the air conditioner but decided to run this for now saving energy and resources.

I like growing my own, I smoke way more than I could ever afford and even with stores selling 22%thc or more herb there seems to be something left out not always chemical free ,harsh and I honestly like my backyard boogie better I grew it with no profit in mind just organic tlc lol
