really like this...and here is another view, the bill passed was put forth buy a California republican and passed a republican controlled house (if I read correctly)....north Carolina recently passed med. legalization for a charlottes web type strain and north Carolina is completely republican controlled..so it appears that the republicans are cool with this now too, democrats and republicans now agree at least on something. good medicine for all!!!

KP, would you have a link or give a pointer to that. I just read the legislation proposed this year and it is wonderfully worded with common sense and based on reality. It put a smile on my face and I came away shedding cynicism. But for some reason my searches all led to dead ends in trying to find the actual enacted legislation. I'm sure its my lack of familiarity with the site structure. I sure would like to read it.

sending smoke skyward also, thankful for sola's return. Although it will be awhile until we actually get to feel her. The knowledge she is on the way and copious amounts of green magic get us through the dark time

the California congressman is Dana Rohrabacher I seen a youtube vid w/ mention of his involvement. Also I think it is on blessedsource.com krug posted a link on page 958 of these thread. 4 pages back
the North Carolina action was taken so children w/ siezers could legally obtain charlottes web oil. It was seen on the news by myself constantly in 2014
do not have any links. the U.S. house is controlled by a republican majority(?spelling) Dana Rohrabacher is part of that.

it was a provision added to the budget bill that was just passed, lifting the federal band. It stops the feds from raiding U.S. med. shops. the way it was reported as it takes effect immediately along with the budget extension bill.

The Federal news is excellent if only some would stop with the "On the first day" rhetoric which could be just that or could be scripted to vet issues that later can be explained away with "we told you what we were doing " and you voted us in.
North Carolina is another matter. God hope that every patient Charlottes Web can help is getting it now.

All I'll add is 2 down 33 more to go.

Legislating more prohibition is no meaningless roadblock. it is the hardest thing to change. The Cartel has taken natures gift and turned it into a weapon against competition, us.
