Now I'm jealous. A really good, fresh halibut steak sounds soooooo good. Hard (and/or expensive) to get good halibut in Colorado, just too far from any salt water.

20# + halibut. She heads back down with a fillet knife, and we' ve got a nice piece of fish for dinner and still plenty left out there for the critters.

Some days your Luck is just In..you make me want fish & chips now..damn the Munchies..
