Now im a full time dad, I cook every day and I love it so much! I have levi-roots (im not sure if anyone outside uk will know him) cookbook and I love it! Today I made a batch of home made baked beans and a dubbed up shepherds pie, and yesterday carribean tamarind chickpea curry.

Now im not working I really feel guilty if I dont do anything productive in the days so I spend plenty of time cooking and cleaning (and looking after my plants) my friends all make fun of me, but I know they are all just jelous ;)

Lol your living the dream bro. There is always some Regge Regge sauce in my fridge, nothing better at a summer BBQ that spatchcocking a chicken drenching it in Regge Regge sauce and chucking it on the grill.

Just for instance the other night was porterhouse steak, roasted beets, swiss chard, and braised leeks in a sauce of butter, garlic, thyme, parsley, and chardonnay with a 2008 Cabernet from B.R. Cohn.. All the veggies I grew organically and the steak was from a grass fed pastured farm  Eat to live my friends

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmph............"Incredible Sulk"....

but I'm may go to the chippy later mmmmmmmm shit I dribbled again lol.

Ha..we do get Good cod here..I can make a perfectly passable tempura style batter...Yorkshire tea...and mushy peas with butter and white pepper....
I Nearly made it the other day...but it was too Hot to Cook.

When you feel Spains heat you understand why the spanish eat tapas..little and often.

You know Dreadlow..being a good parent is the hardest most work intensive job you will ever do...and you don't even get Paid for it...you have Nothing to feel guilty about.

Today I made a batch of home made baked beans and a dubbed up shepherds pie, and yesterday carribean tamarind chickpea curry.

Sounds Delish...I'm just getting into chickpeas over here....

jm she's an instant classic, she'll be in with my smokables for a long while!
I just realized... I haven't done her a smoke report! This whole time she's been done I thought I had...
wow.. yeah it's some real good stuff jm  :d5:

And speaking of food... boy does she give a good appetite boost.

I'm a veggie so I can't say too much about your guys' piggies and unlucky-duckies, but man do I make a
mean Oven-baked, garlic-roasted curried Spaghetti Squash. Leave it intact as a bowl out of the oven, fill in with steamed quinoa and kale, and spoon away!

T minus 40 minutes for Chinese duck with plum and clove sauce....."Hurry Up Mucker"...I'm so hungry I could chew me own wrist off......
Lol, never seen a Chinese duck before... Mao Tse Duck? Lol wtf, not even high

Here is a Chinese duck...the Mandarin Drake - But I hope that's not what they are eating because it is SERIOUSLY illegal to kill a Mandarin duck...

Sidenote: The only other duck in the same genus as the Mandarin (genus: Aix) is the Wood Duck.

very interesting that they are so closely related given their proximity. :)
