Financially things have been very tight down here on the farm. So I've been forced to go back to work. Unfortunately my skills are a bit outdated so it's been hard to get hired. After months of searching I finally landed a job this week at the local zoo. I'll be circumcising the elephants. The pay sucks, but the tips are huge! :smoke:

Yeah I'm like that with chalk, the feeling of it, the sound of it, and especially the texture of it. I wouldn't call it a phobia per se, but I hate it lol. It does make me a little nauseous when it gets on my skin, which is weird. I have a weird texture thing... Like oatmeal or grits, I can't stand it. Wtf is it a solid or liquid!! Lol!

Your hearts are so in the right place and yes it is what makes AFN so special.
BUT
There is always a but. As we know, the world is not full of peeps with the AFN vibe. And with the best of intentions, I can't see that it will work. There are plenty of unsrup er un-scroupl erm ... scammers and liars and scum-bags that will abuse our good nature. They will try cheat us and damage out reputation. Also, AFN has a policy of no trading in any form. That is for our protection.
By all means, find someone you want to treat and spread the love. But to invite this attention on ourselves could be counter productive. I am sorry if you find this a downer, and it's sad that we can't do such things publicly, but I hope you will understand.

That is a fair point, its a shame. I didn't really see it as trading, I saw it more of donation but I totally agree that there are plenty of people that would abuse that trust. hmmm, oh well..
