I'm happy with the Fiskars, got the one with the spring, they're sharp as I could want I guess. Also have a pair of cuticle scissors with the curved blades for fine trimming after main trimming. I'm not harvesting enough to need anything nicer or more complicated lol :)
 
If you're working those Fiskars for long stretches I like to snip about a 3rd of the spring off. Makes them easier to squeeze but still have enough to kick back open.

That's a fantastic idea, I did notice my hand getting tired after awhile once, will snip the spring!
 
I am making the most epic omelette known to man-kind. Shredded chicken from last night; shredded pork from the night before, and bacon and ground up sausage ohhhhhhh mama! Topped with melty shredded cheese and salsa and sour cream and ohhhhhhh mama!!!
