Dysentry was so rife everyone burped pepto-bismol...and it cost £14 for a tiny little bottle of it.....if I Won a holiday there..I would give it away..
to someone I didn't Like...:xlaugh:

I always take take a full bottle of activated charcoal and lactobacillus capsules on holidays/trips. And if it's to outer boondocks type locations I take 4 charcoal tablets and one lactobacillus with every single meal......

Is BBQ charcoal similar?

much cleaner than bbq charcoal... you want food grade! industry loves their toxic chemicals! spend the few dollars for your health.

raw milk is a great alternative... from PASTURED cows... :check:

I can never resist a dig at big pharma (aka the grim reaper) so got to say this.

in the UK it's quite difficult to find mainstream pharmacies that carry it cos there is absolutely no mark up/ profit on activated charcoal and it's superbly effective for many stomach complaints. Obviously they would rather you buy some death in a bottle/blister pack....... Okay breathe banana - right rant over

Never been on a jet ski , yet! year before last I had a row with some Barbadians, shame I can't upload the pic of me on my bed chair as look like a child that had his sweets taken away!
But last time I was there this sign was up...
