9 years ago my neighbours in Mill Hill, had a Diwali Shindig and sent one through my conservatory roof. After having to pay for the repair of my conservatory - they stopped the fireworks madness we all had to cope with at Diwali and Guy Fawkes night. I love having fun but fireworks are not toys...........
 
Just finished making a sack load of pesto cos the last of the basil and red pepper harvest had to be used up somehow. Smells intense.

Rack of lamb and garlic....hmmmmm delish

Looks like a good one dude. Never thought about adding garlic but cayenne is essential in my world - the more the better. Got to fry them in the same oil that you fried the fish in. Tasty

Basil has to have some of the same terps as canna..it makes my tastebuds go the same....:drool:..Love the Basil.
I used to plant it in the grow cupboard with the girls...if you have any Beasts in the cupboard they will Go for the Basil first coz it is more tender...so it is a bug early Warning system.

I've got a kilo of red peppers in too..but I'll probably use the for fresh salads over the weekend.

The garlic is all soft and mushy..easy to squeeze out of the skins..so I'll probably make some paste and freeze the rest as is.

Aw..rack of Lamb.....:Drag-On:...I Adore rack of lamb...a Taste of home.

They have sheep in spain but they look more like goats and the lamb chops look like they have been cut with a razor blade..I Crave Fat UK lamb chops.

Time before last I was stopped coming through UK Customs with a pack of lamb chops..jersey royal new potatoes..and a kilo of Himalayan pink salt...:coffee2:



oh god I'm STARVING and I'm not due food for another 3 hours......:slaps:...
 
3 hrs to get 80ltrs through 2 pots, never spent that long in the bathroom even after a lamb chilli masala!
 
All this talk of food is making me hunger , what I crave is a salty snack called biltong . It is similar to jerky but not as dry and hard . I think it's time for me to go buy some sliver-side joints of beef and cure me some bitlong .

I had a rottwiler dog It was firewroks night the people across the street were letting fire works go one bounced off my roof and hit and burned my dog . I had my hand in the leash loop it got twisted up and I was 230 lbs my dog dragged me for about a half a foot ball field I was along for the ride like a rag doll got really hurt too. My poor dog was traumatized any time we had thunder she would try and crawl under beds anywhere to get away. I hate fireworks

we jerk meat all the time where I live deer moose and elk mighty tastey she is
