Lucky You...:thumbs:...I got Kebab ...no pitta bread...but salad chilli sauce and garlic sauce...nom...nom...nom.....

I always pre make my food for the next day. Its how i avoid eatting bad food. Last night i grilled up some chicken, boiled some brown rice with chicken stock. I cut chicken breast into slices and put it all into a tupper ware container with a little bit of BBQ sauce. Just heat up for 2 mins and good to go. Quick and easy meals.

I also do the same with steak, pork always throw in some carrots and broccoli sometimes all with brown nice.

Get some protien, good carbs and veggies with every meal.

Didn't they recently find millions of pictures in Britain taken by manipulating cell and pc cameras? If they are doing it, you can bet the U.S. is too. Just better at hiding them.

This one was a couple of weeks ago...we had been to the market and the veg were so fresh they were squeaking...

2 different type lettuce = 1 euro
1 kilo (2lbs) red peppers = 1 euro.
1 kilo red onions = 60 cents
2 Big bunches of parsley = 1 euro..great for green juicing..

1 kilo well marbled steak = 11 euros
(we get one fat steak and share..you cannot COOK thin steak)..:Medibles:

1 black jalapeno..home grown..
local rosemary honey and local olive oil...gherkins olives and a bit of feta cheese.

Greek salad followed by a fat juicy steak..Probably around 7 euros per person..home cooked.

And...look at the amount of Colours I got into it..:grin:
 
Off out now for a vegetarian chinese and some alcohol free tigers ;-)

Tonight is home made chicken noodle soup and tomorrow night will be slow cooked chili with fresh made caramel rolls!

I've been Fancying soup since our weather got Cold...it is Funny how fast your appetitie changes when the weather changes.

Yup..if you make your own..you Know what has gone In it...some of the stuff they put in processed food is Scarey.....:grin:

I am having venison and moose steak tonite fresh kill this week. it is hunting season. Tender no injections and venison is a great source of protein. Along with fries and mixed veg. and for desert a huge bong load of Kalishnakova my night time weed
