Yesterday, I was dose testing a glycerin tincture I made this week. It worked out to 8 drops was effective for my pain :) So, Lady Waxi had given a little dropper bottle to a coworker on Tuesday-for her husband, who suffers from insomnia and muscle spasms. He has a medical registration... M'Lady comes home yesterday and said, "his wife gave him 4 drops last night before supper, and after 30 minutes he said his muscle spasms weren't even noticable! Then she went to make supper, and when she came back in the livingroom he was snoring and slept through the night!! (Yikes.. ) The first full night of sleep he's known in a month!!! (Yay!) Glad he didn't take 8 drops.......

I love hearing stories like this.. makes me feel all fuzzy inside. Nothing makes me happier than helping others...

I'm having fun wrestling with the RAW rolling tips... Even after watching some tube vids, this is going to take some practice haha. Maybe I should do a pictorial later...
