It's us Baby Boomers. We have been waiting for all of our lives , oh lord. (to paraphrase Phil Collins) and most of us learned of the benefits as well as the pleasure of getting high long ago.
Its a boom time for those who supply us the means to, at least partial, medical self sufficiency and finally the pursuit of happiness that has been a long time coming..

Without the Feds on board, there has probably never been a riskier venture to invest in so any windfall is deserved.
Edit: The marketplace will determine that.

If we could all grow outdoors legally, we wouldn't need all this crap! ( except for those of us dealing with winter )...lol
