One Dollar Can Save You 10% of Your Oil!

Haven't been able to find a potato ricer locally and too cheap to buy one online, I went to a local dollar store called Dollar Tree. I just happened to spot this gadget. A lemon squeezer! I bought it and today I was finishing a batch of oil. Now, you know there's always some oil left behind in the plant matter, no matter how long you let it drain. I cut a coffee filter in half and placed it in the bowl on the squeezer. I filled it with plant matter and squeezed. As it packed down I added more until it was fairly hard to squeze it closed. I also found if you relaxed for 20 seconds or so and squeezed again, you'd get even more oil. you can do that several times. After processing all the plant matter ( about a 1/2 ounce ) I recovered at least 10% more oil than I usually get. From this batch that’s 8-10 capsules. I think it was a dollar well spent!

High thoughts: Pull your plants out of the tent for their dark period, put them somewhere dark, put your crockpot and stuff in your tent, exhaust through the carbon scrubber!

I use turkey bags. Cover pyrex dish with alum foil then seal it in the turkey bag...No Smell at all.

Just took apart, cleaned, and oiled my oscillating fan. It was starting to stutter and jump while oscillating. The oil in the joint between the base and the fan wasn't any good so I went ahead and fixed that! Tent temperatures are honed in just right now. Also ordered a 6" clip on for added circulation! Woo. This hobby eats my money, but I love it.

I have yet to see an oscillating fan that is TRULY built to last... mine are all "haggered" after 2 years or more... its the damn plastic parts.... no-one makes good shit anymore!!! I too have become a self-certified "fan technician" :crying:
