Yet, with luck, will continue to build and sell cars.
A commercial aspect is a given necessity for the millions of non growers to benefit. A foundation or trust with established ethical bylaws assures no conglomerate ends up buying it up in spite of the developers intentions and that it would always be priced reasonably. Business is business.
