Are they sweet? We don't see them often here. The ones we got last year were tart. Drought problems probably. A little salt made them edible. A little cold would have sweetened them up.

It astounds me how things have changed since I smoked my first joint way back there in 1970. The pot we bought was cheep by today's standard but filed with seeds and twigs . I think back then the pot was coming from Mexico and I think all they did was pull the plant , male or female , shred it and stick it in a bail and ship it any way they could
They say today's pot is stronger and I believe that based on the shit we were smoking , leaves ,seeds, twigs . Eventually I got a little smarter and when I bought I would specify no seeds , no twigs . I don't think it made any difference because you used to have to smoke a truckload to get high anyway
So hears to the good old days it was fun but I really think I prefer the hear and now days . :woohoo:

I'm smiling at this 9Bear, I remember my first attempt at "scoring" weed. From, of all people, a deputy sheriff (In Training). A friend first, we were cruising around when he had to see another friend and asked me to wait in the car because the guy sold pot and didn't want strangers. I asked him to get me some because I wanted to try it for the first time. He came out with a matchbox full of JUST stems and twigs. Not a fleck of bud or leaf. He later said it was to teach me a lesson. All it did was give me a head ache and make me barf. I didn't know any better at the time.
