This student decided to suggest a colourful dress code for fellow members of their homecoming, but ended up making a bizarre racial statement.

Often a misspelled word can make for rather unsanitary conditions.
For instance, in the above picture, use of a tongue instead of a tong to remove the bread from the basket would have fellow shoppers recoiling in horror.
