Just applied to one of the dispensaries set to open in Jan, think I can use my grow journal as a resume... lol, just kidding, I wish it was that easy.

I would def make a photo journal and take it with you or add it to your resume. If you run a good clean room, take pictures of that too. I would want to see as much of our work as I could if I were the HR person hiring.

They want people with "legal growing experience" not sure how to turn what I know into what they want. Kind of a rock and a hard place. But on that note imagine what could be done if all the AFN growers could bring their knowledge and skills to a dispensary, it would seriously mitigate a whole lot of needless suffering. Ah in a perfect world...
 
Sorry Dazed, if they had substituted the grunt "oop", with "aw fuck", I could have understood. It seems to be an Americanised version of us Brits. Didn't make me chuckle.
But, hey ho, if it makes you smile, it must be good. Each too their own. I have to admit, some of the things that make me smile, would possibly end with a court case. But I am a bit of a strange penguin to say the least.
