Thanks for all the detailed reply’s....I have run my grow 24/0 before,and it never made any difference to my grow/yield what so ever,all I ended up with was a bigger electric bill lol.i totally understand what you talking about @derek420colorado ,but if I can still produce the same yield running 20/4 as running 24/0...it’s a no brainier in my eyes lol

Never made any difference to yield dude but would have stopped that bud rot! For a few quid extra leccy I think it's worth it. Mind you I'm using cobs so the leccy bill is sod all.

I reckon I've lost about 10 grams to rot man...I'm sure my electric bill would be more than 10 grams worth of weed if I was running 24/0 lol...hps ain't cheap dude :smoking:

Right then fellow stoners,the sour stomper is dry.ive weighed it up,and got more than I was expecting....I got just over 90grams,so about 3.2oz...smells fantastic,she is now curing away in jars :smoking:

No offence but I have read your grow journals seen the photos, Nothing is scientific about your set up, And you did not determine 24 hours was the best way to grow autos! but good luck and carry on in peace bro. Maybe google o2 solubility in h2o and tell us again how your max air is the ticket.

This is one of the reasons if you look at a lot of the more respected growers here on AFN use 24/0, because after growing them almost exclusively for 4 or 5 years and doing a variety of science based research, I determined that you are not getting the plants full potential unless you are usin

Thanks man...I’m kinda gutted really,but like you said,it’s a good thing I caught it when I did.im praying to the ganja gods that I can bring them home without anymore episodes of rot!
Regarding the seeds,ive got a nice stash of mephisto strains here...I’m more inclined to grow the bigger strains,I’m thinking yeti og,Walter White,grape Walker Kush,and something else? I’ve just had a 2nd tent turn up...so need another 4 strains to put in that.quite fancy Heisenberg,chemdogging cosmic queen,white n bubbly,double grape trident special...I could go on

Well I chopped the rest of the girls yesterday...what a ballache,took me the best part of 12 hours to complete
Looks like I've done ok as far as the yield goes...plenty of bud on them,sour alien livers was chunky as hell,but MBAP,what a girl,loads of fat nuggets on her,she was a bitch to trim...bit fiddly,and the greasiest/oilyest plant I harvested,and she stunk,got lots of smells whilst chopping,ranging from raw funk to gas,and the unmistakable smell of hubbabubbasmeloscope from the crime bubbly.
I've got them all in brown bags now drying...can't wait to sample them

never seen this before,instead of having a bud on the end of her branch...she grew 2 buds,with 2 smaller buds in between them lol.
