Lighting Looking at mars hydro 300 w for a small grow box

I went with Meizhi LEDs instead of the Mars & have been super happy with them... I since moved onto quantum boards but the Meizhis were nice. I got awesome growth from them & they are about the same price as the Mars

I'm actually looking for an el cheapo LED for an over-winter clone closet. The Meizhi looks identical to the ViPar reflector series, which is what I was looking towards. If you look at their ads, they all look like they come out of the same shop and get a different paint job before they go on the boat.

TBH I would just save up less then 400 USD you can get a Amare ss150cree. That light is way better and give you amazing flowers. The cost of going from light to light will cost you so much more. Going cheap on your light source shouldn't even be a option, at least for me.

The thing is it's not even 300watts 99% of LED manufacturers do this to male you think you are getting a 300 when it's more like 180. Those companies are soooo shady. And well blurple think I have said enough there. Make sure you look at actual wattage from the wall. That will tell you everything even potential yields.
