Okay I just bought one on eBay after talking with the owner. $225. He said he used it for one grow but moved and had to sell. I'm willing to roll the dice at this price.
Now if the old expression is true "you can never have too much light" then I'm setting at about 61 draw watts per square foot at 6.9 square feet of grow area.
I bought this much light with the idea of possible expansion later.
Will I need to raise and lower this light considering my space is so small and my ceiling is about 5 feet?
As far as glasses go will regular UVA/UVB shades work?
