I am thinking about buying one of these.
I guess they are reliable when you pay? Did you also pay with pay pal?

just ordered one myself... saw it on ebay for $76 w/ free shipping which was too good to say no to. I need it to supplement my 150w reflector that I have going with my two baby plants at the moment.

Fyi if you buy from eBay it's only 1 year warrantee, from mars hydro directly is 3 year warrantee

Make sure the ones you get off eBay are legit. Alot of fraudsters out there - Mars Hydro even put out pictures on how to tell the difference between knock off's and legit ones.

I have a 50w x 3 reflector for summer and a 300w old style Mars Hydro for winter.

I bought direct from the maker and couldn't be happier. Only in a 1.5ft x 1.5ft space but using it as a heater for winter too - have had to also slow my extraction fan down with a speed controller as it is getting to 5-10deg C here over night.

Best of luck - I love their LED's - you shouldn't be disappointed.

on ebay there is a seller named Mars Hydro I believe that is the legit one to buy from
