Chaos Cush from the dispo. Tastes moldy
Welcome AFN, and thanks for getting me this far! I have been around for a bit asking a couple of questions here and there, and I feel a good vibe among this community.
I live in Massachusetts, where I can finally grow legal-style.[emoji5]
I began my studies on Election day and this is where I'm at....

2x Auto Mazar. 1 l Airpots Day 13. 3¼ " experimental, but comitted to"
2x Sour Crack, aka Sour Cush. 3.6 gal Airpots. Day 4. Also 3¼"!
1x (9 each) Blue Lake 47 bush beans, because growing stuff is cool. :)

Quick captions for the pictures:
1) Big picture from outside the tent.
2)Group shot. L-R, Beans, Cush, Mazar.
3)Mazar_1, which I'm thinking is showing heat stress. I raised the height of the radiator, turned it down an arbitrary amount ( lol, no markings or display on radiator. Waiting for my new day/night temp control to arrive after manufacturer defect[emoji52]. Long time. No Bueno.

Also knocked down the humidity a bit, to promote transpiration in attempt to minimize heat stress.
4), 5) Sour Cush up close.Born under ± 300 Watts of cob, 46" away don't think they're stretching for light. But who knows?
Waiting a bit to fire up the other 4 chips, up to ±540w. ( Minus whatever the fans and drivers consume, right?)
6) Mazar_1 side view. Short internode space, good, I think.

Gonna keep the posts short but hopefully frequent.

Please feel free to ask me questions or to offer opinions and advice.

I'd be in the dark without AFN. Hope I have something to contribute.

Jah Strength,
mg

Welcome to afn, you've landed in a good place. Looks like you have a good basic setup already. I think those air pots are pretty good, although the size you're using I think you're going to be feeding those plants very soon.

Have you given much thought to a nutrient line up yet?

D. P. Auto Mazar 1 (AM_1) and AM_2 looked like twins for the first week, but _1 is showing longer, thinner leaves, and looks more spread out. _2 has the wider, shorter leaf, and seems a little bit more dense. _1 around 4", _2 is 3½". These Mazars are getting more spacious accommodations very shortly. ie: up-potting.

Mephisto Sour Cush , SC_1&2 are tall but they have a breeze on ' em to keep em moving slightly. Forgot to measure them today.

1 x Mephisto The White Train got dunked in H2O last night for planting tonight.

I was trying to add some pictures, but all I'm getting is links today:

Ill keep working on it.

Stuff I got:
:4x4x7 Gorilla TENT. Glad I got Gorilla. Feel good hanging expensive and heavy items from that strong roof. Good, forgiving zippers.
:4" 171 cfm Durabreeze INLINE EXHAUST FAN. On speed controller and cycle timer to keep temps manageble. Currently 50% speed, 1 hour off, 2 minutes on. 5 year warranty. Dealer down the street.
:4x14 Can-Lite carbon filter.
: Johnson Grow LIGHTS ,( now dba Horticultural Lighting Group), CX-9 535 watt Cob. 9x Citizen CLU048 1212 chips. Madewell drivers. 3 year warranty. Permanently mounted 58" above floor, 46" above soil, currently at 55% power. Also local grow shop. Owner uses same lights with great success. Backs product.Good return policy, close ties with lighting manufacturer. Local accountability for my investment.
: 400 watt OIL FILLED RADIATOR. Shooting for 81°F. Waiting on heat controller replacement. Super Disappointed with HYDRO GALAXY(online) and BLUEPRINT for worlds worst customer service and sub par products. Bought 3 Blueprint controllers. 2 arrived defective.
: OSCILLATING FAN on ceiling. STATIONARY FAN 18" off floor blowing gently across plants.6" CLIP FAN chilling out for now, because seriously, what's that thing sposta clip on to? LMAO ... Nothing good in this kid's tent. I'll definitely find a use for it as the babies grow.
: HUMIDIFIER with controller/sensor. 45-55%Rh.(update: just dropped to 35-45%. Basing off TaNg's ongoing successes with ±81°F and 35-45%. I like spending time in my Conservatory, so It's ok if I have to water daily. I'm in there every 12-14 hours.
:Light TIMER: 20/4
:SOIL:......
I'm going to post this and come right back.
a) want to see how link turns out.
b) can't bear to watch this much one-fingered typing disappear (again) cause I'm medicated. Ha!
Back in a flash...

Does anyone know what that nice secondary growth, on the axil, will be (in the above, previous post.)

Spot to show sex?

But I digress from my outfit configuration....
:DIRT: Oregon's Only Organics [HASHTAG]#4[/HASHTAG] soil. Sposta be nicely amended without being too hot. O.O.O. was super cool and the owner answered my questions promptly via email.

:NUTES: @gbd super soil, mixed as directed, into my soil which already has ewc and mykes , the 2 things recommended as add ins by gbd. Mix is filling bottom ½ of big Airpots. Top half unamended [HASHTAG]#4[/HASHTAG]. Obviously @mephisto invented customer service, gbd and Mitch have been there for any questions I have had.

:H²O: Filtered tap. Out for 48 hours. Got a Boogie Brew Plus filter and some drinking-safe hose. Filter alleged to remove Chloramine and Chlorine, and other nasties. It's designed for organic fertilizer teas, so I'm hoping It's decent. No real way to check it, not gonna stress it. H²O Left in tent cause cellar is 55° F.

:pH METER, ppm meter. Bluelab. Seen dudes rolling organic without pH concerns. Probably could have gotten away without em for this grow, but not knowing was killing me, and pH seems to be the first thing to check if issues arise. Wanted so bad to buy a cheap one, but I would never trust it. [HASHTAG]#costofdoingbusiness[/HASHTAG]. Lol.

: GENETICS: Little Indie, Little Sati. @mephisto: Sour Cush, The White Train.
Dutch Passion: Auto Mazar. Daquiri Lime in fridge, screaming to get out. (Skylar White beans also difficult to overlook.)[emoji12]
: EXTENSION CORDS: Wow.
Out for now. Gonna drop that White Train in some dirt!

Thanks for checking in, peeps, and let me know what you think.

'Sup jingo. Thanks for the welcome. The .3G airpots/Mazars are kind of a bonus.
I had some surplus Mazars .
I wanted to see if I could get some seeds to germinate strictly through my online education, without any tactile experience whatsoever. I didn't really expect to have both of my first two seeds get this far.
I thought the smaller container would facilitate observation as I taught myself to water a ganja plant.
Well, suprise, now I got babies! Awesome!
Whatever I can pull off to see them to bloom will be a great learning experience. They were gonna be a write-off. My fantasy would be that they develop a decent root ball to hold the soil together, and I would keep them moist, gently unwrap the airpot and get my mojo on.
Alternately, I may try to wriggle the bottom out of the pot with minimal disturbance, and do a tier-style planting with the pot sides on.
Experimenting on my first grow is probably a bad idea, but I'm really enjoying this whole experience, and a little side project could keep me off the streets at night. : )

So, basically, the Mazars will be in bigger pots as soon as I do a bunch of reading about "potting on". I picked up some bloom nutes as a plan b if any of my girls push 100 days or something nutty, but i have faith in the gbd mix, water only, seed to harvest. I've seen it work.

Thanks for the heads up, come again.[emoji111]

Wicked pissah kehd!
Just checking out Berry Rider / Sucker Punch Grow.
Quite lovely.
Seen you popping around a bit too.
