One is never sure how much is too much when he's absolutely unsure on the sure amounts that amount to a complete and absolute watertightness :bong:
 
If that silicone osnt cured yet. I would redo it with epoxy and then use silicone to spot seal up around the epoxy. The air pressure is going to fail that silicone fast
 
Hi Peter, what do you mean with air pressure? I don't have epoxy, and I think maybe a little late for it. I did the silicon yesterday afternoon. The airline is superglued to the airstone so I doubt it will pop out. The silicon is there only to prevent water leak. I don't have any roots showing yet, so all is still on the table. Will test it this afternoon and see how it works out. Thanks for the suggestion!
