Name that smell!!

So I have a smell coming from the plants its like dirt or earthy kinda smell. Up close its kinda musty but almost like cat piss. I have checked for mold and have found nothing. If you pinch the bud a bit it smells normal . Its the third week of flowering and I'm not sure what to make of it. Should I be concerned or shrug it off?

Auto great white shark-seedsman-Did not autoflower

Soil

ph 6.5ish

R/H-40 to 68 depending on the day I know its high but I am unable to do anything about it.

Circulating fan on high and 4" air extractor on high with carbon filter

grow tent is 60/60/140

Pics of part of my plant issues I have done a flush cause of what I thought at first was to much N .Later on I showed up other problems red stems,yellowing , dieing tips and curling down and sometimes up and nercrosis patches.

The last pic there you can't see it well but its like a gold yellowing taking over the leaf
