Ned auto grow- Need seedling advice- 1 Single White Dot

I cant post in the sick plant infirmary for some reason, so im posting here for now:


Problem: I don’t even know if there is a problem, but this seedling has 1 single white circle on one of its cotyledons, It looks like it is dying or something.


Medium/grow method: 3gal SmartPots - 42.5% BioBizz Light, 42.5% Roots Organics, Additional 15% perlite.


Feed: and supplements used: No nutrients yet


water source: Distilled water, without any calmag added (Let me know If I need to calmag this early in the stage) -- Distilled water with ph of about 6.3


Strain/age: Fastbuds Crystal Meth auto- The second day from when the seedling sprouted out of the soil


light used: 450w ViparSpectra - 25 Inches away


Climate:----- Day time temps : 68f-80f -- Night time temps drop into the low 60s , which is also when the light is turned off.


Additional info:

Photos might be a tad bit blurry, but there is really nothing else to see besides the fact that there is 1 single random ass white dot.

I really don't no what that could be but I wouldn't worry about it as long as the new growth comes out ok she will be fine.

Ignore it, looks healthy too me. I've had this happen to me.
