Indoor Need advice urgently please !

Hey all,

ok ok I started germinating seeds 3 hrs ago in the paper towel method.
just had a phone call from landlord saying someone is to visit on Monday to discuss external rendering of the property.

now my problem is this ...... was hoping to plant on Monday but will have to take the tent down until they have gone!

Can I take the seeds out of paper towel and dry them without damage and start to germ next week instead?

if not how long can you germ seeds for without causing damage to them? As I fear it will have to be 4-5 days possibly more


any any advice would be appreciated greatly

From my experance germing.. they will be in the paper towel for at least 5 days. . If you didn't put them in a shot glass first to get them to crack open a bit first... you should be fine leaving them in the paper towel till wed for sure. Just put them in a dark place.... Definitely take the tent down. . Lol. Hope that helps a bit.

Nope, it's commit now. I don't see why you can't take the tent down, put the seeds in their pots anyway and hide the pots while someone is there? Put them under a bed or in a closet while you have people around and then set the tent back up after they are gone. Easy peasy and they will be a lot less stressed than if you try to dry them out now....as in, they'll live.

fastest I've had a seed go from wet to seedling is 72 hours, just keep him in his plug till Monday evening, the plants will still be tiny and more than happy in a humidity dome with a couple of mists a day.

Unless you have some strain I don't know about and your gonna have some dank sticky buds on a 3 foot bush in 4 days id say mr pigys got the right idea. Really no issue. Throw em in the closet. Their seedlings. feeding off their coty*. . . They'll live for awhile.

I think I will leave in paper towels until they have left on Monday afternoon, thanks Molegrower you have put my mind at ease ...... just freaked was all! :/

My Lost Coast OG went from seed to planted sprout in 36hours!

if they sprout then i will have to pot them and put under the bed when he comes on monday, hopefully wont mess things up too much. Its sat morning and no signs of anything yet so fingers crossed
