need some organic K advice

I'm growing mammoth sunflowers in my veggies garden this year.
I found out that the ash from the stems is a great source of potash.
With 13 foot plants, I should get a good amount of ash.
It'll get tilled into the garden for next years crops.
Just wanted to post another source of organic K.

The Silica Blast i use from Kelp4less was 0-0-7

I've been testing out fresh-seaweed tea. Blended a handful with 1ltr of rainwater, added some molasses and bubbled for 24 hours. My plants love it.

seaweed is great... 90 traces in ocean water... and where do youthink seaweed gets its nutrition? :brow:

Honestly, the stuff is just fantastic..I have a huge 3 gallon bucket full of it. I wasn't sure how to store other than freeze it (which I don't have room for) so I just filled with rainwater, it's still as fresh as when I collected it! My plants LOVE seaweed. The best part is, yeah, it's completely FREE :xlaugh:

OG Kush = Ocean Grow Kush :WTF:

If you have access to it, what do you have to lose?

Dazed..

for those of you with access to the ocean (I have ocean-deep envy) you can use 5% seawater in your waters for nutrition... that, some biology, and some rock dusts...(Basalt and Granite - 300 mesh or finer) and you actually need nothing else... especially if you have seaweed also!

:smokeit:

Can you store it at all or can you only use right away?
