New Grower need strains to help me sleep.

hey guys anybody recomend any auto strains that will basically put me down for the night lol

before i sleep i always smoke a bowl or two then watch tv n chill out but some of these sativa. dom autos got me staying up and make me not so tired, im looking for a strain to basically make my eyes no longer stay open and make me crash out lol not looking for the uppy high at all as i have plenty of strains for that..any suggestions guys? :smokebuds:

My northern light blue that I just harvested is an awesome night time smoke. I've take 2 naps today cause I smoked a little bit too much haha

Got to say that the Russian dragon is the insomnia solver! May I also ass the diesel x c99 or Ghaze x c99 (though this tends to be more in the head vs the diesel which i think would be better for sleep) alot of the autos if grown out long enough and at least 30% amber are going to be couch lockers (as their alot of Indica only strains that I would imagine would knock you out)....I say look towards the predominately Indica strains, they'll offer you the best sleep...
