Lighting new GN Units

I'm really sorry to have to tell this but we have had another slight set back with the unit which will delay release for another few weeks. We were a few days away from launch but we found a problem with the outer casing during final quality test and inspection so they have to be returned to the fabricator. We hate to delay launch again but we won't release a product that's not up to the quality customers expect from Grownorthern. I totally understand if your disappointed and we can only apologise for that but I assure you when we do release the unit it will be one of the most cutting edge and efficient grow lights on the market. We should be getting the casings back this week.

we should be making an announcement in regard to whether we are releasing this month.

Hey just In case it helps anyone I emailed gn today asking if the units will be released before Christmas. They replied

" we are assembling the new units now and release will be in 3 or 4 weeks. There will be no more delays we just need to assemble enough four our selves and dutch passion to meet demand"

i then asked if any info or pics will be released prior to release to which they replied

"yes the specs and pictures will be released in just ove a week"

Its seems that that way newbud! I do have faith in them and I have a feeling there will be no more set backs. I keep seeing it from a business point of view and I'm sure the set backs are most unfavourable for them. I will remain a loyal customer and wait until their release. Although they've had delays they are obviously against their will as of course it's not good for business and they do seem to value and rely on customer satisfaction!
