Week 1.5

Breaking my usual cycle of weekly updates, I thought I'd throw in a few pics of Week 1.5. All the plants have at least doubled in size over a 3 or 4 day period. Bring it on.

Week 2

All plants zipping along fine, keeping a low profile due to the MH bulb. I intend to keep this on to week 5 or thereabout.

Week 3

So here we are, a big week - what's the results of the sexing.

So far...

2 x Female Magic Dragon.
3 x Female Black Dragon.
1 x Yet Unknown.

One of the Magic's got her roots chopped in a dropping accident. She's in a much smaller pot, but basically there's 3 Black & 1 Magic in my big pots now, the little one & a unknown.

Here's the Magic.

Now the 3 Black Dragons, all slightly supercropped.

Everyone in their new homes.

And one lone Black Dragon male, for pollen collection.

That brings us up to date with everything, more pics in a few days. cheers for looking.

Week 3 - Still.

Sorry if I missed it but what soil are you using? looks like John Innes? how do you find watering?

Cheers for looking in mate & the comments. Yep, John Innes No2 from start to finish. Watering can be a little painful & slow if you don't add some perlite, but it's cheap and easy for me to get.

Week 3.5

All 10 plants have now been sexed, there were 2 of 5 Female Magic Dragon & 3 of 5 Female Black Dragon.

All the plants have been lightly Supercropped at least once, and mostly twice. That'll probably be it for the cropping now, there are some new sites popping up & everything else can be controlled by tying down if needed.

Week 4 Male Pollinator.
