Growing in 2.5 gallon pot I scavenged from work. Soil is organic miracle gro (30%), compost (20%), perlite (50%), and a couple TBSP of dolomite lime. Using 'Alaskan' brand fertilizers; fish fertilizers for veg (5-1-1) and morobloom for flowering (0-10-10). Right now the plant is under 3-23w 6.5k CFL bulbs. There is an oscillating fan in the room along with passive vent as this is an attic closet. Not heat issues yet with outside temperatures going into the 90s outside but don't have all lights on.....so we'll see.

Right now I'm trying to figure out a better setup for the lighting before it starts to stretch. Have a couple of bathroom fixtures for more CFLs and a couple t-5 lights just playing with a couple different ideas. Will get some more pics when I decide one something and hopefully some more growth.

Oh forgot to mention feminized seeds from vision.

What a difference 4 days make 6/18.

Added extra lights seems to have helped (138w cfl total). Temperatures have gotten a little higher then I like with extra lighting but only during the afternoon. May try to enlarge intake vent.

Still cannot confirm sex though.

Well I had to pull out the loupe but I can confirm it's a girl, day 22. Tried two other indoor grows so far, one was a dude, and the other a Hermie. So hopefully things go better.

Not to much vertical growth but the side branches are exploding in length. Was considering LST with this one but I figured a straight grow first time around was smarter. After seeing how this thing is growing I think doing the screen thing next time around will do great. It is impressive how thick the stalk is for being so short, about the size of a pencil.

Nice looking there Deku:clap:

Alright told myself I was gonna leave it alone but I was bored today so I chopped off quite a few large leaves that were blocking out light to other potential colas. Then used some wires to tie it up.

I think cutting the fan leaves can stress the plant a bit, look into leaf tucking dude, it's an effective way of getting light to your bud sites without having to resort to chopping leaves..........I could be wrong tho:shrug:I'm not that experienced myself

Yeah l have heard not to do anything to stressful to auto flowers cause it slows them down and they have limited time. The plant has put on about 1/2" in height since yesterday so I think it will be alright.

Hey bro nice plant I do what I ever I want to my auto's top lst defoliate lollipop them or what ever but what I do notice it takes it precious time to flower so what I do is I force flower by giving her bloom boosters such liquid koolbloom once I feel her my desired height is there. Also by cutting fan leaves allows the internode to become a cola!

However once you have her trained you will be able to tame her on whatever method you decide to use. Especially if you no room auto do and grow how they want basically out of control they just keep going and going so you as the grower have to tame that monster lol. Man there is thread on here where they harvest the auto and reveg her for more buds so the sky is the limit. Keep it Green! :peace:

Put on about 2" in vertical growth since last picture. Lower branches did not jump up quick like I had hoped after trimming but from what I've read I am just getting to the big growth period. I mixed in a small amount of my bloom fert with my veg, not a lot but my veg has such little P-K didn't figured getting a little more would hurt. All and all pretty satisfied so far. Only worry now is keeping the stretching tame and potentially adding on more lights if the lower part of the plant doesn't catch up with the top a little more.
