Just finished the Nirvana Swiss Cheese (photo). Now it's time for an autoflower grow.

Going to do two Blue Mystics. They are going to be in one gallon Smart Pots. I had just enough Coco Loco to fill the two one gallon Smart Pots. I've grown in one gallon Smart Pots before and got very good results. The Smart Pots air prune so no worry of the roots pot bounding. In the later stages, she'll need a bit more watering and TLC.

Paper toweled two beans on 01-31-2015 and they sprouted on 02-02-2015. They are now resting in moist Coco Loco waiting to pop. The usual BayLee 420 grow. Technaflora RfS, Coco Loco, CFL's and the Super Box.

Note: Another 10" of snow today. Giving a total of over 3' so far. Freezing rain and bellow zero wind chill tonight. Thank God I'm doing another grow.....a little spring in a box. Super Box that is.

Great Idea ... 'Spring in a Box' ... looking forward to watching you knock it out of the park BayLee ...

Hey Brother Baylee, This is going to be a fun ride, "A" ticket. I'm in.
thanks.

One Blue Mystic Popped

One of the two Blue Mystic beans popped her head out last night. The other one is still undercover.

Watered her today with 2 cups of 6.4 ph water with a 1/4 t of Root 66. Soil is nice and moist. Now it Wet/Dry Cycle from now on.

Will have photos in a few days.

Nirvana Blue Mystic All Popped

Blue Mystic "B" popped last night. Seed shell still attached. Letting nature take it's course and let it shake the seed shell off. I'll check her later in the day/night and may need to give her a light spray of water to soften the seed shell.

Let the fun begin....

Came home last night and checked my new Blue Mystic grow. Blue Mystic "B" that popped with it's shell attached died. Just shriveled up and died. Looks like she popped too close to the soil surface and never really pushed her tap root down. There was no direct cfl lights either.

Started another B/M bean. No paper towel sprouting this time. I did have the new bean soaking over night in a wet/moist paper towel. This morning I watered my one gallon Smart Pot well and then pushed my "pinky" finger in about a 1/2 inch. Dropped the bean in and gently covered her up. She's sitting in the back of the Super Box with no direct lighting. Blue Mystic "A" is under two 23w "Blue" (Day Light) cfls. She's coming along nicely.

Another snow storm expected in the next 24-48 hours. 8"-12" of new snow fall. That would bring the total snow pack of 48". Looks nice behind my home. Coyote tracks near the pond, but still many bunny tracks too.

Hey, whats up brother?
Tuning in on this one, and pulling up the lazy boy. Got my joints rolled, and the mini fridge right next to me. "Munch..munch..munch

Down to only one Blue Mystic now. I dropped the one gallon SmartPot and the seedling spilled out on the floor. I tried to save her, but she got good and smashed. The tap root didn't survive.

Blue Mystic "A" is still alive and doing well. Going to keep her in the one gallon Smart Pot. The strain finishes fast so no worry on root bounding (air pruning). That will give me a better chance to put more cfl wattage too. The smaller profile of the one gallon S/P gives me more room to move extra lighting around.

I'm sure you'll train it to fill the space ... shame to lose a seed though ...

Bummer on the losses! But with the bad luck out of the way, both BM "A", then your Spring run should be awesome.

:karma Cloud: Edit: Baylee, which of your threads best describes your SuperBox?
