Harvest NL#1 and SR#2 Week 13
Harvest of NL#1 and SR#2. Week 13.
This the last harvest of this Micro grow. These girls were seriously burned by a slipped cfl light on Week 5. Their main colas were burned and had to be cut out. They rebounded beautifully.
The pictures are before and after trimming the fan and sugar leaves. Along with the hanging of the whole plants. My last grows I paper bagged dried them. This time I'll do the traditional hanging. I have a humidifier set at 55% RH and a small fan set on low to give them some air circulation. I'll do the 7-7-7 dry.
That's 7 days; 70% RH; 70F. My humidifier will go to 70RH, but I'll increase to that RH if I find that they are drying too fast.
When I was trimming them the resin the odor from the girls were very sweet and fruity. I didn't weigh them. I'll give you all the final weight in about a week or so.
It's sad to end this grow. I planned to have smaller plants, but Mother Nature had other ideas. You just cannot fool Mother Nature.
These girls were grown in one gallon SmartPots. They grew to be really big girls besides that fact. All organic and with the Nirvana Soil/Flower Tabs (full tabs). One thing I did add in the veg cycle was use my 1st days urine at one cup per gallon. It worked like a charm, but it did have a urinal smell. I tiny drawback to say the least.
Gonna give the growing a rest for awhile. As you all may remember I'm one of America's Long-Termed Unemployed. Congress has decided at the moment not to extend those benefits. This I'm sure will bite them in the ass. With 1,000's more everyday not being able to get the funds to live. I need to conserve all my savings to live on and try to find a job. That's going to be the hardest part.
