hello, first time joining any forum, but for a few years now have been a total auto fan
i have always found them very interesting for some reason?
even more so maybe, ALL THE RULES and YOU CANT DO THIS AND THAT or you will grow a quarter bag on a stick if your lucky
or ANYTHING YOU DO pretty much squashes potency, because HELL AUTOS AIN'T POTENT ANYWAY
so NO CUT NO BEND NO MOVE BE SCARED TO BREATH TOO HARD AROUND THEM

AND I GUESS I SHOULD BE THE POSTER CHILD FOR RUNNING HEAD FIRST INTO WHAT EVER IM TOLD I CANT DO, BUT
ALL THE RULES TO BREAK SOUNDED LIKE METAL TO MY EARS! AND I LOVE MY METAL
SABBATH, KYUSS, CORROSION OF CONFORMITY, DOWN, CLUTCH ALL MOTZART TO ME

sorry off subject a little

or maybe the fact that i'm a constant tinkerer always trying to improve and perfect pretty much what ever catches my attention

ANYWAYS , i have always thought playing around with autos is a blast.

so i decided to try to join up to one of the many forums i enjoy reading
hopefully for mutual enlightenment

SO, IF ANYONE ELSE LIKES TO PUSH NEW TECHNIQUES WITH AUTOS
OR WOLD WANT TO DEBATE THE REASONS TO WHY SO MANY BELIEVE THAT AUTOS ARE TO WEAK TO TAKE INSTRUCTION,

LET ME KNOW

also some pics (hopefully)
comments,opinions,thoughts WELCOME

Hey, except for heavy metal bit, I'm on your team. Rules and urban legends are there to be bent, broken, debunked, ridiculed, mocked......until PROVEN otherwise in a scientific manner.

Say, those pics you put up are mighty whopper fare.....they are photos.........Right......right.......right......right.......right???

Oh, I quite like putting my angle grinder to the metal........lol

Yeah, what was that you were growing in the pics?

Bro all of those "rules" were not lies, legends, myths etc. Back then autos were less hardy and they used to all be quick finishers. So if you topped your auto 3 or 4 years ago chances were that yeah, they would get stunted and you'd lose yield.

Nowadays auto gene pool is more resistant and on par with photos in hardiness and potency.. so my advice to u is that long vegging autos will respond greatly to Fimming, supercropping, etc. but with fast strains you will lose out on some size. If you know what youre growing you can do anything you could do to photos.

Hello Jason,

looks like you got the hang of this growing lark. Keep it up and keep posting. I'm more of a NWOBHM metal person myself. So we are in the same ball park.

Welcome, eP.

well yes totally agree , i should of stated was speaking in current time frame.
but thats why i decided to try this forum was to see if more people seem to basically agree on autos being way stronger than
people in the majority seem to think according to most of the stuff ive seemed to find in the past
