Jacky is fine, I watered her today (really just to keep her wet as she has yet to see the light of day) and the dirt washed off her momentarily. I saw that her taproot had gotten longer and made a turn down. I resituated her and covered her up again lightly. Still waiting for her "birthday".

Birthday! She popped her very white little head out of the ground this morning. I took some pics and as soon as they come over the airwaves I will post 1 or 2. And we share a birth date, not day as today is not my b-day but I was born in the 15 as was this little girl. She will be testing my sativa preference and La Diva will be testing my indica preference. Once I know what I prefer, then I know what my next bean order will look like as well as my subsequent breeding initiative.
What I'm foolin' with now is all practice. Practice for when I get space to have an actual "grow" instead of a plant here and there.

Jacky had the husk of the bean still covering her cotyledons. I gingerly picked it off her and the green little leaves popped apart. So far so good. I'm not going to wait as long to put her in her permanent home as I did with La Ferrari my 1st auto that is now in week 6 just about. Seems she quit growing up shortly after the move, dunno if that is common
Jacky is a sloooowhand. She just took eons to get past seedling stage. Finally she's got some new growth. I suppose she was building up a root ball during this time. She's got a long ass stem. I am thinking of reversing this on and crossing her with a Himalaya Blue Diesel. The timing would fall right into place and thats most of the battle, to get that right.
Been awhile since update... Jacky is doing well. She wasn't doing anything for awhile now she has begun her spurt. Crazy how these things grow, well the 2 I've grown out. I have since been schooled on very super freakin' hugely large automatics. Mainly the AutoXtreme (sp?) from Dutch Passion I believe. Big as a goddern VW I tell ya'. I don'';t think Jacky will be smoked although she is already smelling more and better than La Ferrari. That plant ( a La Diva from delicious) never got a strong smell developed and what she did smelled kinda like what I guess the strain called "cat piss" smells like. Smoke reports are all really above average tho (for La Diva) Black JH have good smoke reports as well. I figure a Black JH x Himalaya Blue Diesel should be really effing good.

Day 20 and still no pre-flowers. I wonder, if I spray BEFORE I see preflowers if she'll flip that much easier? Anyone that has successfully accomplished this please chime in. I mean if we Know she'll be in preflower in the next week or two, what would be the harm in starting the CS now? Anyone?
Permanently switched light to 12/12 even though I have a growspace full of autos... Really wanting Jacky to show me her junk. Like I was 17 again, thinking bout nothin' but her sex organs. C'mon Jacky give it up girl! I feel like I need to start spraying her soon if I want to catch my seedling HBD right on time with the pollen. Just more patience, one thing that cannot be overdone, patience, patience, and more patience, then wait for it.

Should be the 3rd night in 12/12. She is growing a new set of leaves almost daily seems like. I wish she would hit puberty. I've searched her up and down, still no sign of pre-flowers. I will get this right, so I will wait for pre-flowers as everything I have read about reversing plants have said. This plant is just killing me with the wait. Day 25, no sign if sexy stuff. Possible photo pheno? Does that happen with these?
