I have searched and can not find how to make a signature for myself that will be a link. I want to have a sentance describing my grow journal(s) that is clickable rather than the long url that I have now. I am not sure where to ask so if this is the wrong place I would welcome the mods to simply delete this thread.

That old and easy feeling.
Go in to edit your Signature. Type your title or what you want to call your grow. Highlight it, click the 'link' button at the top of the window and paste your link. At least I think that's how it went.......

To do what you're looking for, you'll want to paste the following into your signature:
"[URL=http://www.pasteyoururlhere.com] Single Plant Grow[/URL]"
Highlight the "http://www.pasteyoururlhere.com" and paste YOUR link in that spot.
And, you can change the "Single Plant Grow" text to whatever you like
The Blue line is called BB code, and its how bulletin board/forums format various things. If you go to AFN's Help tab/section, you'll see examples of the BB code, and how to use it.
For a signature, the line in blue should do the trick!
