Yea...I was looking forward to trying the WT....but alas, its not in the cards for me. Oh well. The Double Grape is what I was originally after anyway......its is EXCELLENT medicine for me. Those have germed fine, so in the end....I'm not unhappy.

The frost level is insane....
I too have had issues germinating the White Train, one seed didn't pop and the other started growing upside down and all crazy, I couldn't save it from the Root Riot... I soak the Root Riot plugs in water with a small amount of BioAg Ful Power to help them pop. I have moved on for now and haven't had any issues with Fantasmo, Sour Stomper, or Hubbabubba.

Might look into soaking with gibberellic acid...have heard it can really help a seed that might be boarderline.

I have always received speedy responses when contacting Mephisto directly.now since I have heard that other people are having problems with the white train germinating I think I will contact them directly just to let them know . Like I said I have grown Mephisto exclusively for about three years now and have had 100% germination up until this last batch . I have grown Fantasmo, Walter White , northern cheese haze ,Stilton,Hubbabubbasmelloscope,24 carrot,S.O.D.K.,SODK x Ripley's OG, and a few others that I can't recall right now and have always had 100% germination out of probably Three dozen or so seeds . I have grown for almost 30 years and know that every now and then you'll have a bum seed but when you start to have three and four in a row out of the same pack not germinating then something is definitely up especially with the high standards of Mephisto. Their customer service has always been second to none with speedy service and responses to all questions. That is why I just started to grow them exclusively with a few other breeders mixed in but mostly Mephisto . The last time I ordered seeds a few months back I think I got them within three days and they are always generous with the freebies so you basically get double what you order at least . I know that they have been going through a lot of transitions lately but I wouldn't think this would have anything to do with the quality of their seeds . I was going to order more white train seeds but I may just wait now after hearing other people are having the same problems . I wish they could've added the strain to the catalog because I like it better than either of the parents . I still love Fantasmo and Walter White but I think the White train is just a step above the both of them . It's a very flexible well yielding highly potent plant that is especially good for people without carbon scrubbers because it is very low odor but has a delicious sweet fruity Hazey aroma and flavor when cured .
