Yes, that will make it much nicer. And some strains, nothing takes out all the harshness. The Auto ultimate was grown 100% organic and even after a month curing, its harsh. Most bud though, will mellow nicely. chlorophyll also breaks down while curing.

So what you're saying is that if I get some bud that burns all black and harsh, that I can pop it in a jar for another few weeks and then when I take it out I'll have a nice clean smoke? If so I'll give it a shot :) :p

And here are my girls all potted up! The two in the front are using Kind soil. They are in 2 gallon pots. All are topped/filled with organic soil. I started them by soaking in water for 12 hours then into paper towel for about 40 hours. I just transplanted the seedlings into the pots moments ago. The are in my "veg cab" under a Mars Hydro 180 watt (110 actual watts ) and will stay there for maybe 7 days, then go to the greenhouse as I'm growing autos exclusively in the greenhouse this year ( well veggies too...lol! )

YUeah, i wanted to use coco but I needed all I have for my soil, got lots of 3 gallon pots to fill and 2 10 gallon DIY pots! So they all got my soil mix.

ya Ive used upwards of 60% mix with plain coco coir and TLO soil. never went a lot higher than that.maybe a cpl times close to 65% or so but all coco? man I wanna see that. Ph that low would rip any life apart. as a simple feeding regime Id bet it';ll work great if you wanted to do that and PH till it catches and feed once early seedling strength n all that, but it'll prolly work that way..? imo. ya I wanna do a full on coco myself without anything n see what we see and a blend 50-50 and layer as stated in the literature.but those are the three ways I plan on running with small variations in between. should be fun!!

cant wait to see that un released strain too!!

Yes I'll be watching yours also! We may have diffrent styles, but I learn from you just the same!

I'm thinking of using what I have left in one of my DIY 10 gallon"soilponics" pot ( I like the sound of that better than SIPS lol ). Maybe I'll do that for the Blueberry Domina I've started for the greenhouse!

thats the killer thing,we're all going to be doing it slightly different.thats awesome.I pulled three sprouts today for various reasons.and of course Im already thinking of doing another KS grow done yet another way.already got the site directions method going. I wanna try another way and then yet another way too.LOL looking forward to seeing ya do it up man!

I really wanted to do this in auto pots, but i have to clear the grow that's going so.......

And I want everyone to know, they call it Trainwreck For good reason............. DAMN!!

Filters, unless you have a VERY good one, won't remove chloromine. There are two ways to get rid of it. The simplest, add some chlorine to the water! The extra chlorine breaks the bond with the ammonia and the chlorine and ammonia will evaporate within 24hrs. I like to place a tote outdoors and fill it with water. Just like in a pool, sunlight speeds the breakdown and evaporation of chlorine.

Like store bought distilled...my tap PH without sitting out over night was like 7.5 if have to buy earth crystals

For my first coco grow, I used Root Maker's propagation pots fill with a 50/50 mix of coco and worm castings. The worm casting give the seedlings a boost of bennies and helps "glue" the coco enough to not fall apart during transplant. Worked like a charm!

Idk Eyes, I'd have figured seedlings in coco might sprout faster.

DiscretePete flushing is kinda overrated, you don't need to flush in Organics. Only thing I do like that is when the plant is absolutely ready to chop, I'll give it 1 watering with just water, wait a couple days, then chop. But I think everyone does it different.

I've never known anyone to flush organically grown anything! There is no reason to at all

@Kindsoil does this need a flush or just chop immediately whenever you're ready? New to organics and wanted your opinion on your soil...ordering in the next few days as I'm super interested add we all are, after seeing @Ripper and his grow I'm in awe and ready for this amazing product lol thanks for your time guys honestly....
