Live Stoner Chat Potential Bad Ganja Side Effects / Overdose Symptoms / Contra-indications of Ganja with Other Substa

Like I said in another thread. I smoked so much at once I wasn't even stoned anymore. Then had to smoke twice as much the next time I smoked about 4 hrs later just to get high again!

I would say good for you the feeling your going to die is not that funny, I don't wish this feeling to anybody.

If anything made me feel like that I would stop and acid was one. I used to regular a club E. F. C. C and at the time love doves (mdma) and and amphetamine was the drug, unfortunately neither was available apart from 2 squares of paper. Completely agree mate that it's not a good feeling

Oh Yes ! Sunny Side Up on a Sunday, 2 or 3 doves (the UK garage/house favourite) and all the girlies dancing in bras and knickers - memories ;+}

I experience symptoms like the OP mentioned when i smoke dealer skunk, but only at first, then it's fine after a couple more spliffs !

You do sound like you ingested too much though, when i used to make cakes with hash i put a spliffs worth in each cake and that was plenty.

I remember one night on doves, in a club called Maximus in London, me and my mate were both having the same hallucination, everyone looked like they were wearing glasses, jsut due to the shape of people's eye sockets and the play of light and shadow. We laughed our heads off. Damn i miss them days ... but i don't do class A anymore, just makes me messy.

::sigh::

You know i was thinking about this for a minute... 'cause the same thing happens to me with some strains on occasion. I have a theory that once you reach a certain tipping point, CBD becomes the dominant cannabinoid driving your high. And I'm pretty sure CBD modulates the effects of THC, some have said it even negates it. And I'm not always smoking some killer sativa with 25% thc, in fact it can be as little as 5%, which is a lot of CBD by comparison, but maybe a little goes a long way. Anyway, once the CBD wears off or whatever, I'm succeptable to THC again, though for the moment my tolerance has skyrocketed because I've already smoked....

Just a theory... and a little off topic, but I wanted to share the idea while it was fresh in my mind.

:peace:

if you dont smoke much your bodies reaction is alot stronger.

cannabis makes your heart beat fast and can create alot of adrenalin, a feeling of excitement, which is part of the raeson why it's addictive, it takes away a thought inhibitor and makes you think very fast.

if you are abit ill or unexcercised, a strong dose will trigger alot of your unconcious to express itself, and possibly in the wrong way. dont eat it, just learn to dose a tiny amount and see if it agrees with you. cbd cannabis strains are more medicinal, and less activating. if you react that way it means that it doesnt agree with you and you should probably just have 1/50th of the dose, and maybe not smoke it. if it makes a nauseous or panic reaction, it means you're not built to smoke cannabis safely, so you should at most have teeeeny amounts and see if you are ok with them, and dont have alot.

Didn't quite get that argument about MJ being addictive.

In my experience that was not the case. I was a heavy smoker, smoked every day, gettin stoned all the time but i had no problems quitting it. The only addictive side that i have notice came from tobacco and psychological addictiveness which can be related to missing the body/mental feel or. missing the other perception of the world that MJ offers to one and also the addictive feeling of socializing trough smoking MJ. After 'quiting' i have had some minor smokes but there was nothing in MJ that would cause that addictive effect like with tobacco when you try one after few years and you are back on it. So the way I see it MJ is no more addictive than skiing or. snowboarding thou it has totally different effect to mind and body - but i hope you can see my point here what kind of addictiveness was i taking about.

About experience I had good and bad. I've really enjoyed listening music when being high, that was just vauuu all those 'new' sounds. Bad experience mostly to smoking to much or. smoking when my body already signaled me that i've hade my doze. So I found it really important to just listen to your body when smoking weed.
