Welp.. I decided that I might as well document this grow in a full journal since I have no clue where the hell this will end up!! Lol! But like my big homie Gift of Gab told me "focus on the process, not on the outcome". Soooo, heeeeerreee we gooo!

So far we've seen a few different versions of Autocob grows. Multiple plants under multiple lights, one plant under multiple lights, two plants, two lights, micro grows, ect. @BigSm0 gave me the advice that one plant under one light should be a solid grow, one plant under 2 lights should be an excellent grow. So I decided to mix the two. 2 plants in 5 galfabric pots.. under 3 Autcobs... In a 2×2 space.

I am pretty sure I will run into height issues and thats where the fun starts. Lol.. I'm prepared to do whatever type of lst method necessary. But if things get way out of hand, I may have to cut the photoperiod grow I just started and move these into the bigger space. Which would huuurrtt but it would be worth it.

Sooo..

Set up: 2x2x48 tent..3 [HASHTAG]#Autocobs[/HASHTAG]..2 3500k and one 4000k. Locally made organic soil mix with GDB super soil in the bottom half. So feeds will be of recharge and mammoth p evey now and then.

Gear: Fastbuds GSC and Crystal Meth.. At day 7 today.. I also have a Ripleys OG that is on day 35ish.. I started it when I got my 1st Autocob, so its been grown strickly under cobs as well. She's in a 2 gal fabric pot and will just be soaking up some side lighting!

The Goal: Is to not F#$# this up! Lmao! I can't blame my set up, or my soil, or my environment on this one! Haha. Its all me if the ship sinks!

Heeeere we goooo Gromies!!

Thanks all! I figured the best place to post the journal was amongst my [HASHTAG]#Autocob[/HASHTAG] fam.. That way I get the best advice. I took the reflectors off yesterday just because. I'll take em off and put em back on through out the grow.. Right now the lights are about 27" from soil and cant go much higher. I've already mentally prepared myself to bail out and move em into my slightly larger space.. I will attempt to tame the beast.. Or do you think I should try to transplant them to 3 gal pots will its still early?

From my understanding, final pot for autos is a good rule of thumb - they have shorter life spans hence have less time to adapt - also why topping isn't recommended. If you ask me, rock the reflectors & the 3 COBs until your Plants tell you otherwise - 27" is a healthy distance. I adjust height daily just to see what my plants can't & cannot take - 18" being about the lowest without causing light burn.

The thing I notice about cobs is that more is not always better. Meaning, your plants might actually do better with the reflectors off and further away. Being as close as possible without light stress is not necessarily the best for your plants. Having the ability to adjust your Autocobs strength would make them absolutely perfect. Optimal coverage and power could be easier obtained.
