I have some Purple Kush Plants that are at week 7 Pyramid says 8 weeks from germination but all my trichomes are cloudy. Also there is not a single pistil that has browned they are still white. Should I wait the 8 weeks or harvest now? The top colas look like the pistils are shriveling up and the side buds look like they may still have some maturing to do. Maybe I should take the top colas and let the rest go til the 8 weeks are up? Im not sure what to do. Harvest now? wait 8 weeks or a partial harvest now and finish at 8 weeks. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

If your pistols are still white,i think you got a ways to go yet.
I wouldn't go by their 8 weeks, that's optimum growing condition.
I'd say you got couple weeks yet,maybe a month.
Pics would help a lot if you can.

length of grow is a function of the grow method, in the far north greenhouse environment figure 80-90 days for all cloudy, no new growth, mature buds, never, yet, got amber in my environment. After a
long cure cloudy are very medicinal

thanks for the responses. I am in the northern hemisphere but I grow in a 10ftx10ft tent with 4 1000w HPS lights. so outside environment has little effect on the plants. The trichomes are completely cloudy wherever I look. The pistils say let them go and the trichomes say harvest. Ive never come acroos this before.
I think Im gonna take the top buds and let the side one go for a while more. We'll see how it goes and next time I will adjust.

Oooo looking forward to the purple kush pics! I have grown these out several times and the pics dont do em justice to the naked eye! Here is a pic or two of purple kush and I let mine go to 11 weeks with the last 11 days on the cleanse.
awesome pics cant wait for mine to look like that. I have 18 total going at the moment. Im glad I only topped 3 of them and not the whole lot I will put up some pics of mine tomorrow. need to get batteries for the camera
My Buddah Purple Kush went 85 days before I harvested. Hardly anyone harvests in the time given by the breeders. Add 2 weeks minimum, usually 3-4 weeks more for me.
